What You'll Do
High impact and influence position responsible for:
You will Lead service delivery experience to the customer - single point of ownership and accountability for all customer service delivery related activities
Engage and work with various services delivery partners to achieve customer outcomes
You will run a team with dynamic strengths of Program Managers, Project Managers and Engineers responsible for delivering high quality services to the SPs across the country.
Manage and report contract metrics, meet/exceed profitability targets, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and handle all aspects of customer interaction.
You assure customer outcomes and customer happiness with service delivery.
Successfully partner with customer sales leadership and key Cisco partners to develop and execute 1-3 year integrated account plan
Manage customer level profitability - identify new revenue opportunities, drive revenue recognition, manage efficiencies, drive productivity, and manage projects successfully while meeting revenue and cost budgets
Collaborate with sales teams to improve profitability and revenue opportunities within service solution areas

America’s GSP (Global Service Providers) Customer’s:  Advanced Services—This opportunity involves helping to craft the customer's vision and achieve outcomes demonstrating best of breed technology in Mobility (like 4G, 5G in a Cloud native and other virtualized environment). You will be able to have an impact on the Service provider market and help them transform to meet their mission

Who You Are
Typically requires BS degree or equivalent, in Business, IT, or related discipline. MBA is a plus
10+ years in Services Delivery related position with which extensive (5+ years) management/leadership/Customer Management
Ability to push past setbacks, objectives, and roadblocks to achieve desired outcomes;
Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills -  to articulate challenges, opportunities, and convincing go forward strategies in written or oral format;
Experience in positioning and delivering services, including consultation, design, implementation, systems integration and support services 
Experience and knowledge of Global Service Provider Market and solutions a key asset 
Good knowledge of 3GPP standards
Good understanding of Service Provider Networking technologies - including: routing, switching, mobility, data center, security, and Network Function Virtualization.
Good understanding of Service Provider Management and Orchestration architectures, tools, and processes
knowledge of Evolved Packet Core network architecture, network elements’ functionalities, and communication protocols related to MME, SGW, PGW, DRA & PCRF
Familiar with Cisco Policy Suite and StarOS based products is a plus
Familiar with CUPS and 5G Core architecture and functions
·      Familiar with Cisco Management and Orchestration products (particularly NSO, EPNM, WAE, MSX) and knowledge of competitive products / solutions is a plus.
