Cisco Meraki is seeking a passionate and talented designer to join our expert marketing team. Meraki differentiates itself by emphasizing simplicity and ease-of-use through design. To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a proactive and organized problem-solver, a natural collaborator, and a thoughtful leader. You believe that UI, UX, and brand can be intertwined to tell compelling stories and create great marketing. On this team, you will play a critical part in elevating our brand, maintaining consistency, and accelerating Meraki's growth. In this role, you will work with a tight-knit team of designers, engineers, and product managers to create beautiful and effective marketing materials.
Support the global Meraki marketing team across a range of design & creative needs – from launching exciting new products, to designing trade show materials, to composing infographics, to bringing to life big ideas.
Work directly with Creative Director, marketing campaign managers, product marketing managers, and field marketers across the globe.
Design end-to-end web and print visual solutions and campaign materials with an eye on brand and data
Landing page, datasheet, and brochure design
Identity creation for internal clubs and training programs
Event invitation and swag design
Trade show booth design
and of course, T-shirts!
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Visual Design or related field with advanced design skills, or have equivalent experience.
3+ years experience designing at tech company, marketing agency, or related experience
Portfolio that showcases excellence in visual and web design & creative thinking, as well as a clean and polished style with an eye for detail.
Very strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, and email (Sketch, or comparable) and expertise with HTML/CSS
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and to adjust to shifts in timelines, deadlines, and project goals
Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
