Digital Content Producer Lead
Wilmington, DE

Marketing, Customer Office is looking for an AVP Digital Content Producer Lead in our Wilmington, DE site. Marketing is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, developing digital strategies and experiences, designing new products, running loyalty programs, designing creative, managing the Barclaycard brand in the US and conducting customer research. Marketing supports the Card, Deposits and Consumer Lending businesses. The Senior Digital Content Producer will lead the development and population of website content and digital assets within an enterprise wide CMS. They are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining information in asset and content management systems. The Senior Digital Content Producer will drive projects forward across all lifecycle phases from initiation through design, build and testing.

What will you be doing?
•You will run monthly production meetings, keep stakeholders engaged and accountable for meeting delivery timelines and communicate build/publish freezes
•Mentor, develop and train junior content producers
•Author and deploy digital content within business CMS, including product information and interface design using templates and components
•You will oversee production delivery and communication for Prime Rate Change for owned digital experiences
•Manage communication plans and calendars to inform and track launch timelines
•Maintain the storefront change request process and Job Starter process control, monitor process performance, document as needed, raise issues, and propose fixes
•Interact directly with groups within Barclays to organize website content and digital assets, share progress and identify/resolve issues
 
What we’re looking for:
•4-year college in marketing, business, computer science, or other related area
•4+ years’ experience in UI/UX, designing, implementing, and managing website/mobile apps
•3+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Skills that will help you in the role:
•Passionate about digital experiences and trends in mobile, web, and other emerging technologies
•Ability to keep calm under pressure and effectively communicate to team members with positivity
•Working knowledge of a CMS based Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across teams in the organization and with various personalities
