Digitization is at the heart of the transformation of the Services business. It encompasses many different topics including specific offers and Tools.
Real "ambassador" of every Digital topics for Field Service in his region,
the Digital Field Services Regional Business Developer is responsible for developing and maximizing the business of the digital offers assigned to his portfolio by leveraging Go to Market Strategy and internal stakeholders.
He's accountable to reach high volume of orders and sales considering full monetization model of Digital offers as well as connected assets, sites and customers on his Region.
Key responsibilities:
Lead business development strategy and commercial action plan for the Ecostruxure Asset Advisor (EAA) offer portflio by animating and leading the country and regions marketing, sales and Operations teams.
Deploy Sales and operating playbooks end to end and necessary tools to support the countries.
Develop, deploy and monitor Marketing, Sales and Operations plan related to EAA offer deployment in collaboration with GFS Region and central team as well as FS country team and Country Business VP.
Measure, challenge and report on offer performance - including end to end process monitoring of monetization mode.
Be the Ecostruxure Asset Advisor ambassador in the Region - Manage communication and external marketing globally.
Meet regularly with customers and partners to identify hidden needs and market trends.
Liaise very tightly with Strategy & marketing, Offer Owner, solution design team inc CTO of LoB and service bureau team to influence roadmap and align business activities with development.
Act as an active player in the digital transformation of the organization through specific initiatives and projects.
BS or BA required /MBA preferred/ PMP certification preferred
2. Strong Marketing and Software/Digital Technology background.
5 to 10 years in an international context in business development role or offer development and launch
