DIGITAL MARKETING ECOMMERCE ASSOCIATE FOR INTERNATIONAL LUXURY BRAND
Base Salary is Up to $80K (based upon experience and candidate)

International Luxury Brand is looking for an experience Digital Marketing/Ecommerce Associate to join its NYC North America Headquarters Office. In this role he/she will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of marketing communication activities for this niche international luxury brand. Additionally, you will execute plans to reach marketing KPIs, create integrated marketing communication plan, and implement both digital and traditional approaches and integrating these plans into channel plans. Successful candidates should possess vast knowledge in the digital space, be a strategic thinker, excellent communication skills and work seamlessly within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING GENERAL
Lead the development and implementation of the digital omni-channel for this Luxury Niche Jewelry Firm with the goal of driving customer acquisition, loyalty, engagement and achieving sales goals
Oversight, with a focus on the eCommerce operating plan to drive growth and financial accountability for sales
Recommend digital solutions that will enable a seamless omni-channel experience
Effectively write and kick off marketing briefs with consideration for user experience, product and brand marketing priorities
Collaborate and maintain strong partnerships with Sales, UX/design, web, brand, IT, creative agency and vendors to ensure strategic alignment and development of future growth opportunities
Manage marketing analysis and hind-sighting of key marketing content by pulling data from analytics tools, analyzing metrics and trends, making recommendations based on the data, and sharing with all levels of the organization

ECOMMERCE
Develop and implement shopping assistance support and enable a friction-less product selection experience
Create excellence in optimization of all web commerce functions, including site search, selling tools, shelf-spacing, product rankings, conversion and product cross-sell and up-sells
Maintain products and pricing on eCommerce platform
Creation of imagery and copy for website
Manage email production process end to end: campaign scheduling; creative development; email asset production; email creation via Click Dimensions; and post-deployment analysis, working with dedicated analysts
Update website on a seasonal basis to accommodate promotions

SOCIAL
Correspond with headquarters on global posts
Create assets (image and copy) for posting (3x/week)
Field all inquiries on social networks ala Customer Service style
Update banners seasonally

RETAIL
Work closely with the sales and the marketing department to plan and maintain a monthly email and promotional calendar
Create all assets for eblasts to help push retail sales
Monitor and analyze purchases by product to guide monthly calendar selections to feature

TRADE
Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables (including presentation decks and digital assets)
Events
Assist Event Manager on all facets of event show planning during peaks seasons Required Skills:
-Bachelors degree required; with preference in Marketing or Digital Marketing
-Two Plus (2+) years of Digital Marketing/Ecommerce experience in a Corporate of Agency setting
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments
-Strong Photoshop and graphic design experience
-Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
-Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics)
-A proven track record in managing and optimizing a budget to ROI goals
-Prior experience working with web analytics, SEO, digital technologies and multiple vendor/agency partners
-Experience in setting and managing sales goals, as well as the ability to interpret web analytics and optimize merchandise
-Experience in driving results across digital marketing channels
-Magento Platform experience
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Click Dimensions
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment and managing multiple work streams simultaneously under minimal supervision
-Strong collaboration skills and the ability to form strong partnerships and working relationships within the team, cross-functional and with vendor/agency partners
-Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
-Technologically-savvy and resourceful
-Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
-Team player with strong project management skills
