What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for leading, designing and executing new sales chat technical, complex end-to-end systems; creating new processes and developing new engagement strategies to exceed established sales chat goals. As a Leader, not only will you be technical, but able to strategically expand chat platform capability systems via integrations that will elevate sales chat conversion rates, incremental engagement volume, customer satisfaction and/or sales. Platform integrations will be new to industry systems that must be evaluated, scoped, built out and deployed to improve overall sales performance. Must execute strategies across multiple channels; which will require championing stakeholder buy-in across Customer Service, IT, Digital Operations, Telesales, Chat Platform Third Party and the Analytics teams. Must have vendor management experience, as well as have complex technical knowledge of SaaS products on a large scale. Manager must be able to lead not only new strategic programs but effectively guide resources cross channel. Principal subject matter expert for chat and will champion chat as preferred digital engagement across the organization.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in online/digital sales management, operations, platform and technology.
Even better if you have
Master’s degree. Even better if you have your MBA.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with program managers, analysts, designers, developers and IT resources across multiple channels.
Six or more years of experience in online/digital sales management, operations, platform and technology.
Three or more years of experience leveraging analytics and user testing to inform creative processes.
Three or more years of experience in the Digital or similar channel.
Experience working in an Agile product development environment.
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
Ability to analyze digital performance trends and report out on trends and opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage and work with both technical and non-technical teams and/or staff.
