The Digital Media Strategist will support the sales team with all aspects of the sales life-cycle, from start to finish.  The right individual will be a key contributor in Univision’s sales team and responsible for building media plans and implementing, maintaining and enhancing these campaigns. This position involves sales planning, client support, campaign management, reporting, tracking and optimizing delivery. 


Directly support Account Executives with all aspects of the sales process
Ensure a high level of customer service with all clients/agencies
Create strategic media plans to increase sales
Pull accurate inventory forecasts using YieldEx/inventory tools
Brainstorm with internal teams and develop media plans based on RFP recommendations
Fill out spec sheets and agency templates
Independently manage and confirm that all elements of advertising programs are implemented in an accurate and timely manner to ensure complete and accurate revenue recognition and fulfillment of IOs
Provide trafficking team with all required elements for accurate campaign implementation/execution
Communicate creative direction to internal design team and/or external vendors and manage client review/approval process of custom mocks Monitor campaign delivery via third party and internal ad serving systems and make optimization recommendations
Work with traffickers, design and client as needed to troubleshoot any ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reporting
Collaborate with Billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries
Provide proof of implementation reports and screenshots
Create post-campaign recaps to renew/upsell deals
Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams 


1-2 years experience in digital planning, buying or account management
Experience with publishing platforms to input orders (Prisma for Sellers, Atlas, etc).
Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently but must be a team player
Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner
Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the department
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of ad tags preferred
Experience with one or more ad serving (DFP, FreeWheel) and order management systems preferred
