Digital Research Coordinator
Filmed Entertainment Group
Help the Fandango research team identify our internal clients’ business challenges and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Manager to create and execute surveys on Fandango’s Online Community, from programming the surveys to providing the analysis
Work with multiple internal teams to synthesize business issues, establishing and maintaining strong relationships between the research department and internal stakeholders
Interpret data and provide actionable insights on all research and reporting
Communicate research results and insights in creative & interesting ways, possess analytical thinking and good presentation skills both face-to-face and written
Implement and maintain syndicated research tools to be used to inform decisions
Develop a clear understanding of the motivations of our current & future clients

• Bachelors Degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in Market Research or Marketing at an agency, startup, tech company or entertainment company a plus
• Knowledge about both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, preferably having experience with online communities or panels
• Experience using syndicated tools such as comScore, Nielsen, Simmons a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required

• Ability to simultaneously organize, manage and complete multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner, even with tight deadlines
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, be detail oriented, deadline driven
• Possess strong math acumen, writing, presentation and communication skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and have experience effectively interacting with a diverse team of people
