What you will be doing
Under the general direction of the Director, Brand and Program Development, Good Neighbor Pharmacy this role is responsible for the management of B2C digital media marketing and strategy for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy program.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage B2C digital marketing strategy for Good Neighbor Pharmacy
Manage and assist internal field team as well as customers with Google Paid Search, Business Listing Management and Paid Social Media marketing
Co-manage and develop highly-effective Good Neighbor Pharmacy digital campaigns and supporting assets
Manage content development and overall website functionality for the MyGNP.com website; effectively increase and drive traffic to the MyGNP.com and supporting customer local pages
Manage UI/UX for the My GNP Mobile App and effectively increase customer and patient utilization
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital and web efforts and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Deliver reporting and insights that accurately measure performance against KPIs
Work closely with the field team to educate and execute social and digital campaigns and strategy
Day-to-day interactions with digital vendors to align with Good Neighbor Pharmacy strategy
Work closely with the internal communications team to ensure all campaigns are properly communicated to both internal stakeholders and customers
Identify up-and-coming trends in digital and traditional advertising; research and recommend solutions for leadership consideration
Develop growth strategies for our social media channels based on goals outlines by leadership
Ensure that brand standards and other related GNP messaging is upheld throughout the network
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
Performs other duties as required
What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)
Normally requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business administration or equivalent work experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital advertising. This candidate will also have strong knowledge of consumer behaviors at the retail level. The candidate will have strong relationship building, communications and writing skills, excel at multi-tasking and be a problem solver. Requires extensive knowledge and understanding of effective digital marketing as well as consumer behavior.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years proven experience in digital advertising across multiple channels, branding and marketing efforts. Experience with Google paid advertising, paid search, paid social media, and geotargeting preferred.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM
Comprehensive understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics specifically)
Strong knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
Franchise marketing experience is preferred; knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Must be creative, have an analytical mindset, think strategically and objectively, adapt quickly to change, and be results oriented
Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships at multiple levels internally and externally
Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to convey information professionally and effectively to customers, associates, and management. Ability to present complex topics in an approachable fashion
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio), social media platforms and management tools, Google Analytics required; Google ads certification required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Fluency in Spanish a plus
Ability to multi-task
