What you’ll be doing...
The Director of FP&A will be responsible for providing business insights based on deep and thorough analysis of Corporate financial results to drive the strategic direction of the business. This opportunity will also support senior executives to empower them with fact-based science to drive profitable growth, while minimizing the emotional aspect of decision making. This position leads theCorporate FP&A Team to develop comprehensive line-level profitability to drive enterprise wide financial models.

Lead the Corporate FP&A function, owning the Company financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Equity), including budgeting and forecasting.
Manage monthly and quarterly reporting by analyzing operating and financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management.
Lead and develop a team of highly skilled analytical talents. Prioritize team’s efforts against strategic business priorities by highly disciplined valuation process.
Engage with key stakeholders to promote and advocate the role of analytics indecision making processes. Through rigorous review of changing market conditions, identify opportunities, deliver insights, and shape strategic initiatives that lead to Get Them, Grow Them, and Delight Them.
Identify, lead, and deliver meaningful & measurable process improvements in the FP&A function.
Partner and drive project prioritization of Business Analytics team.
Strategize around relevant data collections, organize analytically ready data requirements, and build proven data structure with other BI teammates or IT.
Generate incremental revenue and profit by leading cross-functional teams. Take ownership for end to end analytical process for optimization.
Foster a continuous test and learn environment where varying offers or price points are routinely executed. Build up an inventory of promo cost/benefit knowledge. Enable agile responses to unknown situations when they strike.
Identify, research and resolve issues related to financial reports.
This position requires:

Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present at the senior most level in the business;
Ability to maintain strong relations with Cross-Functional Teams, Area teams, an External Partners;
Ability to evaluate and interpret how changes in the industry impact the company's strategy and financial projections;
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
What we’re looking for...
BS/BA Finance, Economics, Accounting, MBA or CPA strongly preferred;
10+ years of proven financial experience,in either Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting.
Hands on analytical experience with focus on results and strong track record in setting and meeting targets.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead highly technical resources
Proven track record with demonstrated strategic thinking, formulation and planning skills to deliver against team commitments and work objectives.
Ability to assess and combine different analytical/modeling approaches to best suit objectives
Strong visualization/storyboarding skills to present insights and recommendations in concise, and intuitive, narratives
Enable business insights across the company by driving the design and deployment of desktop and mobile, self-serve BI tools.
