Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
12 years of consumer product marketing experience.
5 years of experience in the wireless communications space.
Experience developing and implementing subscription marketing strategies within the consumer technology space.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA, or advanced degree.
Management consulting or similar blend of strategic and quantitative experience.
Experience in lead generation and subscription model building.
Track record of initiating and driving new business opportunities in a digital space.
Excellent collaborator and expert influencer with strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with effective business judgment.
About the job
As the Director of Fi Marketing, you will be a key member of Google Fi’s leadership team, partnering closely with Product, Finance, Business Development, UX and Operations teams to drive the Google Fi business and push the boundaries of innovation in the wireless industry.
In this role, you will be a true thought leader, finding key industry insights and trends to unlock new opportunities for Google Fi. You, along with the cross-functional management team, will define the shape the future product strategy – from designing new content bundles to finding key partnerships
You will manage a team that’s responsible for all aspects of core product marketing, including campaign development, growth and funnel marketing, product launches and partner marketing. You’ll guide the team on how to build an end to end funnel moving from awareness to subscription, with a clear understanding of Long-Term-Value (LTV) and Cost-per-Action (CPA) analysis to inform future investment.

Be an expert on the mobile wireless and subscriptions industry.
Work cross-functionally to engage Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnership, UX and other Google teams to drive the Google Fi business forward.
Lead solving strategic business problems e.g. LTV and CPA analysis to inform investment allocation, and identify and quantify high impact growth strategies to drive subscriptions.
Oversee development of the overall go-to-market strategy for Google Fi.
Manage a team of talented Product Marketers.
