What you’ll be doing...
The Director of Integrated Marketing leads the strategic planning and implementation of all marketing initiatives involving resources from the CMO organization and/or their agencies in support of Fios Consumer and all B2B initiatives. This person sits at the center of all marketing activities: setting the strategy and vision for a campaign, engaging the required teams/agencies, and working across all teams/organizations needed to launch high performing, impactful, fully integrated campaigns on time and on budget. He/she manages a team of Integrated Marketing professionals who have expertise in how to navigate the organizations, build and execute campaigns and have a pulse on what is happening in the marketplace and its impact on the work.
This person has purview and influence over all teams and aspects of the marketing organization: Creative, Media, PR, Customer Insights, Customer Experience, Demand Generation, Legal, Naming, Branding, Social, Marketing Effectiveness, Channel Marketing, Go To Market, Promotions, Product Development and Marketing Effectiveness. He/she collaborates with some/all of the teams above to guide campaigns end to end - strategy through execution, all informed and supported by data driven customer insights. The results of these efforts is to ensure all milestones/deliverables are aligned and designed to meet objectives, correctly messaged and result in an aggregate plan that ensures the BUs, Creative, and Marketing Communication plans are aligned.
Establishes, owns and enforces the process for integrated marketing plans from concept stage to finalization on all creative and communications elements designed to meet/exceed growth and revenue targets
Uses superior leadership capabilities to liaise between the CMO Marketing teams, BUs and the Product organization to build marketing programs and roadmaps that all teams are aligned to and execute against to drive growth
Creates a cohesive integrated marketing plan to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and are evaluated for ROI
Lead tight communication process to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed: agencies, working teams, and executives
Partner withm, strongly influence and drive actions across a variety of stakeholder groups to ensure all are engaged
Maintain current knowledge of industry issues, trends, the changing competitive landscape, and best practices
Drive the direction of strategic briefs to deliver insight and purpose to our internal and external partners that will produce thoughtful, deliberate creative that delivers the desired value proposition
Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategy and keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline
Manage timelines and have your finger on the pulse of all program details so you are the one person who knows the status of any deliverable at a given point
Communicates effectively and appropriately across all levels of the organization – from working team to CMO level
KEY LEAD FOR

Integrates knowledge from all aspects of business and marketing organizations to implement a 360-degree strategy for maximum market impact.
What we’re looking for...
● 5+ years of brand or product marketing experience in a leadership capacity
● 10+ years of brand or product marketing
● Experience running integrated marketing or integrated campaigns
● BS/BA required; MBA plus
● History of running multi-faceted, integrated campaigns from strategy to execution. Strong collaboration across the business while influencing key stakeholders
● Comfort managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment with equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution
● Ability to work out of the Basking Ridge New Jersey or 140 West St. New York office and legal authorization to work in the US
