Collaborate with Advisor Relations Group (ARG)
to understand market challenges and opportunities and develop marketing
programs that build awareness and drive measurable results. Work closely with relevant leadership to plan
and execute throughout the year.
Oversee the development and delivery of key
events and campaigns that increase brand awareness, reputation in the market,
generates new sales and revenue, and strengthen relationships with key advisors
Work closely with business, corporate/brand
marketing and all facets of Cognizant marketing to develop an Advisor App
customized specifically for the advisor community; provide ongoing analytics
and insights on how app is being used and continually keep the content and
assets fresh and relevant
Work closely with CMOs and field marketing to
ensure advisor community is looped into BU marketing strategy and outreach
programs (where appropriate); including target accounts and contacts in Win
Collaborate with field marketing, corporate
marketing, global marketing functions, and the Cognizant growth community to
align advisor community marketing strategy and programs to corporate brand
positioning and the Cognizant way to market
Building brand awareness and reputation
for Cognizant to the advisor community.
Creating and executing an annual
marketing strategy and plan focused on generating awareness, new revenue,
leveraging multiple marketing channels including social, web, email, direct, and
influencer marketing, sponsorships and events.
Collaborating with key stakeholders,
including BU, industry, regional and sales leadership, Corporate Marketing
(thought leadership, advisory, AR, PR, social media, website teams), Field
Marketing, and Digital Business peers, to formulate plans and execute programs.
Working effectively with agencies,
contractors, and in-sourced and offshore resources, as needed, to ensure
delivery of consistent deliverables aligned with Cognizant standards.
Using creative and execution skills to
drive market activation by creating new channel opportunities and revenue
Launching and maintaining an ‘advisor
app’ that has the latest thought leadership assets, client case studies and
reports from across the company to support both awareness and demand generation
efforts with the advisor community.
Demonstrating familiarity and
experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn to push relevant
content to key ‘influencers’ in the advisory community.
Build a content plan in support of key
marketing strategies and priorities to support both awareness and demand
generation efforts for ARG
Connecting with Practice leadership and
experts to develop gather messaging and thought leadership that is relevant to
Sponsored & Hosted Events:
Event planning, execution and support
in conjunction with extended team and/or agency resources.
Managing and executing the ‘Cognizant
Advisor Summits’ that are hosted annually in Asia, Europe and the US as well as
other planned collaborative events including executive roundtables, webinars,
sponsored events and more.
Developing and delivering pre, during,
and post event marketing programs that engage and influence the advisor
community and creating supporting email, social and other tactics.
Metrics, Data & Insights:
Tracking the effectiveness and ROI of
marketing programs leveraging marketing automation (Pardot), Salesforce tools
and social/digital platforms.
Adept a measuring success and impact
within pre-defined KPIs and ability to suggest new measurements of
