As Director, Provider Performance Account Management, your primary focus is provider data acquisition health and growth. You will be managing a team who will work closely with Regional Market Leaders and Field Operations partners, ensuring that we achieve maximum value from our Provider clinical data acquisition implementation and ongoing submissions. Having oversight of day-to-day operations, you will be the key owner of the team’s performance and metrics. You will work directly with regional business leaders throughout the provider data acquisition lifecycle, ensuring there is alignment leading to adoption, continued performance and expansion. You will be results driven and will think out of the box to overcome challenges and exceed business targets.

This role is accountable for overall data quality; completeness and timeliness of provider data from providers within the region support the M&R goal to achieve 4+ Star rating. The ultimate goal of the role is to drive toward a comprehensive data footprint that includes all data from all provider entities (Ambulatory, Facilities, Labs, HIEs, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:
Establishes overall client relationship standards for the agency to follow
Responsible for the growth and vitality of the account
Responsible for quality for group-end result to client across agency
Stays ahead of the curve on area of specialty/core competency
Helps determine strategic direction and tone for the account
Interfaces on behalf of personnel or group with other departments
Monitors and manages staff development, career paths, reviews and hiring
Is accountable for meeting agreed upon targets and Data Performance
Responsible for bringing the Account Management and ongoing Account
Data Performance discipline and measurement framework
Oversight and project management responsibilities for the successful implementation of clinical data exchange implementations with key providers (may include capturing data from various data sources including EMR (Electronic Medical Record), HIE (Health Information Exchange), data marts, etc.)
Manage implementations through effective use of project plan and project management discipline
Engage with providers to discuss requirements and process for setting up clinical data exchanges
Collaborate with market management to identify and engage key providers to collect member encounter and clinical data
Lead cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion within committed timelines
Communicate effectively to manage expectations of clients and providers
Provide timely and accurate progress updates and reporting related to current project status for each implementation
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues impacting implementations
Participate in development, maintenance, and improvement of implementation processes

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience
5+ years of Account Management leadership including the responsibility for growing an account nationally
5+ years of large portfolio management experience
Demonstrated ability to be a valuable thought partner for senior leadership contacts (VP and Director levels)
Experience with contract negotiations, redlines, and sales planning
Experience building Excel models to forecast large portfolio resourcing, estimates and timelines partnering with Regional Leadership, Field Ops, Technical and Ops teams
Experience with data science and statistical thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
Member encounter/clinical data experience
Client relationship management skills
Understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating technical information in non-technical terms
Demonstrated ability to stay on top of a large implementation portfolio that needs high level as well as detailed analysis
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, schedule and organize work while performing under tight deadlines with ongoing changes in priorities
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including, but not limited to, demonstrating patience,
