Contribute to Fandango’s strategic planning efforts with a focus on business and financial modeling and business case development of new market, product, content and technology opportunities across Fandango’s portfolio of businesses
Stay on top of consumer, technology, and market trends and provide insights on opportunities and implications across Fandango’s portfolio of businesses
Frequently and systematically track competitors
Perform and coordinate product, technology and distribution opportunity assessments including: market and competitive analyses, technology & business due diligence and deal structure analysis
Lead contract negotiations (with focus on Rotten Tomatoes business) to ensure that specific business, operational and implementation requirements are incorporated into agreements and manage internal stakeholder departmental approvals.
Advise and support international businesses with North America best practices where applicable
Support M&A and JV activities – Identifying target companies, perform due diligence and building of valuation models
Prepare and present presentations to executive management.
Network/Collaborate with peers within NBCUniversal and Comcast Strategy and BD groups to ensure leveraging best practices, corporate wide deals and sync on broader strategic initiatives

Provide leadership and management to Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development
• 8+ years of progressive business experience in new media, e-commerce, software/tech industries
• Proven ability to recognize external trends and develop new strategies to accelerate business growth.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce, online marketing, and technology trends
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and business models
• Strong ability to successfully comprehend, structure, and negotiate complex business agreements
• Superior analytical, financial modeling, and writing skills
• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
• Must be willing to travel as required
• MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
