Job Description and Responsibilities

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs Directors in Foster City, CA to support Visa issuers to grow their new and existing client purchasing card programs. Work with Product Stakeholders to develop project roadmaps, manage the roadmap for ongoing enhancements to the PerformSource Tools; Spend Analytics, Industry Benchmark Tool, Cost Savings Calculator, Return on Investment Tool, and Resource Center. Work with clients and Visa engagement teams to develop business requirements and coordinate with the internal technical teams to implement product features and improve usability across the globe. Drive efficiency by utilizing Visa Project Management Methodology, processes and tools. Provide timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders and hold regular cross-organizational briefings. Initiate, lead, and optimize client reviews. Collaborate with clients, internal resources, and marketing and research groups to identify and develop best practice materials, surveys, and case studies that promote the usage of Visa tools and ultimately expand commercial card programs. Utilize hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards the common goal. Partner with other product managers within Visa Business Solutions to integrate with other Visa solutions to create a seamless platform offering. Interact with Visa Inc. issuing banks and non-financial issuing partners regarding strategies to grow commercial card programs through the use of Visa’s products and solutions. Interact with other Visa Team members in related positions to support the growth of B2B payments (Implementations, Global Acceptance, Product Management, Sales). Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. Maintain meticulous records of projects and programs financials, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
