You will help shape and guide how inclusion is integrated into decision-making throughout the organization and our employee experience. You will partner with Recruitment and HR to improve our recruitment and retention strategies. You will work across teams to implement programs that build a work environment that reflects, respects, and incorporates our diverse experiences. And you will bring your creative and innovative thinking to help leaders support and develop teams that know how lean on different perspectives to best drive our business outcomes. And, you will get to focus on the strategies that can best deliver results. 
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and HR business partners to design and implement strategies to attract, hire, advance, and retain a diverse workforce
Coach, increase awareness, and provide counsel to executive and senior management teams. Report back to the Staff on the relevant aspects of the Teams and Talent priorities.
Work with SVP and Senior Staff on integrating Inclusion into business strategy and practices
Use data to help the business identify specific opportunities, gaps, and challenges that are relevant to building strong teams
Work closely with external partners and the Cisco Office of Inclusion and Collaboration to bring resources to support our efforts
Support existing employee programs and develop new programs and initiatives to champion an inspiring, welcoming, and connecting experience for all employees
Link the team’s efforts to larger programs and processes across Cisco as appropriate
You are:

You have:
5+ years advising businesses in collaboration and inclusion at the practitioner level
The ability to navigate across a matrixed HR organization
Worked on global initiatives and programs across multiple partners
A willingness to work from our SF office
