What is the Inclusion Acceleration Practice (IAP)?

The Inclusion Acceleration Practice (IAP) provides scalable Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Workforce Planning (WFP) services to our ecosystem which includes business leaders, client facing HR, employee communities, talent practices, employees and others.  The services include:
Support: Answering inquiries and directing ecosystem members to key resources, providing data insights, and guidelines.
Awareness: Ensuring the ecosystem members are aware of the D&I and Workforce Planning solutions, thought leadership, data dashboards, and employee communities.
Enablement: Provide ecosystem with a service support model to reduce duplication, provide tools, information, resources and collaborative support to get things done in support of D&I action plans and workforce planning.
Community of practice: Pulling together D&I Leads/Ambassadors from across the company to ensure sharing of standard methodologies and co-design of new solutions with the Office of Inclusion and Collaboration 

What You'll Do

You will support the Inclusion Acceleration Practice (IAP) in the execution of the services and support model for the enterprise wide ecosystem. You will play a key role in helping the ecosystem align, focus and achieve its most important strategic goals.


You are very organized and pay attention to detail. You learn swiftly and you are resourceful and creative: you know where and who to go to for content and metrics, and if you don’t know, you figure it out. You have solid project management skills, exceptional communications and presentation development skills, and ability to work with multi-functional, global, and virtual teams. You have experience working on communications, chief of staff team, or operations teams.


You Will Work With

The D&I Acceleration Practice resides within the Office of Inclusion (OIC) and People Planning, Design and Analytics (PPDA) groups. You will work as a trusted advisor for the D&I Acceleration Practice (IAP), and collaborate with People Planning Data Analytics (PPDA) Consultants, OIC Global Strategy Enterprise Solutions (GSES) and OIC Business Intelligence (BI) team, in addition to other Strategic Program Managers across HR.


We partner across OIC, HR and an expanded I&C ecosystem to accelerate the design, development and delivery of integrated OIC solutions to the business and across the enterprise. You will demonstrate confidentiality and discretion, and display a strong executive presence representing IEAP.

You have excellent written, oral, interpersonal communications and presentation skills
Handle case issues/problem management/ change management
Ensures case issues/concerns addressed in timely fashion
Supports Consultants in D&I logistics to complete actions
Actively mitigate challenges and help with solution identification
Project lead on training/acceleration information design thinking sessions
Exchange ideas/data/feedback from ecosystem to business leaders in order to make the solutions valued user-centric.

Maintains IEAP Project Plan
Manage processes and alignment to project plan for core IEAP activities
Captures I&D issues/ideas/data/feedback from ecosystems
Synthesize processes as needed
Creates presentation (graphs and charts) as needed
Build project plans, timelines, targets, deliverables and agree on communication plan
Liaise with teams and agree on case work you're doing
Ensures cases are closed and tracking system up dated
Produces presentations and visuals as needed
