Titan Robotics, Ltd.
is looking for a highly motivated individual to add to the electrical assembly and fabrication team.
This position is for a full-time electrical technician who will work with Titan's electrical department to fabricate Titan's industrial 3D printers and enclosures, help with material handling and work with the team to keep the shop clean and organized.
As an Electrical Technician and assembler you will plan and assemble electrical control boxes and panels for Titan's 3D printers and associated equipment, layout and install wiring and motors on Titan's machines and connect and assemble parts into a more complex component or machine.
You will ensure that all parts fit correctly and are for that particular machine.
This will be achieved by the use of your hands, machines, tools and precision instruments to complete the job with greater precision.
This will be done utilizing all safety precautions and equipment required to complete the task.
This position may include, but is not limited to, assembling electrical components and equipment, mechanical assembly of Titan's 3D printers and associated equipment, adjusting or repairing electrical equipment, documenting processes and quality control checks.
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, instructions or reports.
Inspect wiring installations, assemblies and circuits
Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring and assembly casings.
Build standard and custom control panels for Titan's 3D printers.
Collaborate with machine builders, engineers and direct supervisors to create the best solution for Titan's standard machines and custom machines.
Adjust or repair electrical equipment.
Collect and document all parts and equipment required to begin the assembly process.
Take precision measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment of machine components
Check component function (if possible) prior to continuing to next step.
Evaluate final product's overall performance, reliability and safety.
Document all steps of the manufacturing process on a daily basis, which includes labor required and parts utilized.
Report issues, defective or damaged parts in writing to management.
Monitor expendable inventory, request to order when low.
Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Must have a valid and current Driver's License and good driving record
- Forklift certification a plus, but not a requirement
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Some experience with electrical work or assembly required

- 40 hours per week with some over time when needed
