Support the Cyber Battle Lab (CBL) mission to provide experimentation support to the warfighter with dynamic network experimentation integrated with Cyberspace Operations (CO), Electronic Warfare (EW) through the following: Live Experimentation (LE), Modeling and Simulation (M&S), Regional Hub Node – Experimentation (RHN-E), and the Battle Lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE). Provide results in the form of experiments, assessments, analyses and network support that will validate proposed new technical solutions to resolve known Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities – Policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO and EW force modernization lines of effort.
ProvideEW Analystsupport,tothe CBL mission with experimentation supportwhichincludes cutting-edge systems engineering, satellite support, analysis, prototyping, assessments, systems administration, information assurance, model development, and distributed simulation network operations and security center services. Experimentation support shall include both analytical and systems engineering support in the planning, setup, design, accreditation, execution, data collection, equipment integration, equipment configuration, technical procedure manual development and formal written analysis.
Obtain and maintain TS with SCI eligibility
- BSEW Certifications (Military or Commercial); Bachelor ofSciencefour yeardegree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent job experience
- Must have 8 – 10 years’ experience in operational EW planning, implementation, and configuration (Signal Intelligence/EW 35G, Military Occupation Specialty MOS 29E, or Commercial Equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and execute EW Experimentation that involves the use of electromagnetic energy to determine, exploit, reduce, and prevent hostile use of the electromagneticspectrum;thorough understanding of the Electromagnetic Spectrum
