What you’ll be doing...
You will have end-to-end responsibility for the identification and site development of Small Cell solutions.

Identifying high value co-location and attachment opportunities, i.e. utility companies and municipalities.
Facilitating discussions with city and county planning boards to ensure the deployment of small cells.
Crafting effective and efficient “on-boarding” processes with each site acquisition vendor.
Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of site development progress; with accurate and timely maintenance of internal databases.
Managing vendors through site development in the public right of way and any subsequent amendment processes: e.g., candidate identification, zoning, and permitting.
Ensuring proper Regulatory and environmental requirements are met.
Collaborating with planning departments, landlords, community officials, consultants, and legal counsel to resolve property management challenges.
Analyzing lease rights, recorded documents, bonds, and insurance.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Even better if you have:
A degree.
Strong financial acumen.
Strong project management skills.
Strong organizational skills, while being detail oriented and having the ability to work independently, accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAA, FCC, NEPA, SHPO).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly.
Strong writing skills for business case memorandums and other forms of written or verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Three or more years of Real Estate experience, including environmental due diligence, site acquisition, zoning/permitting, and direct experience with a wireless communications company or utility.
Three or more years of experience with direct engagement in zoning and permitting.
