Role Value Proposition:
This role coordinates the development, planning, management, reporting and execution of the onsite enrollment strategy for group customers. Also responsible for collaborating with partners in order to promote maximum employee education and enrollment, a customer centric onsite experience and achieve overall customer satisfaction during the second sale process.
Manages the delivery of onsite enrollment strategies while supporting various methodologies, enrollment procedures, print collateral, supply fulfillment and event logistics in order to ensure maximum exposure, efficiency and production in all areas of the enrollment process.
Partners with Voluntary Communication Specialists, Account Executives and Service Team to develop and deliver moderately complex training materials for onsite resources.
Ensures MetLife Benefit Counselors are well trained and prepared to discuss key product features of customer specific plan designs, promote call to action for enrollment and drive increased participation in the plans.
Monitors case activity before, during, and after enrollments to validate high quality and consistent results.
Evaluates onsite results at conclusion of each case in order to refine case strategies and to aid in future re-enrollment efforts.
Coaches, mentors and evaluates individual Benefit Counselor performance to share onsite objectives and ensure expectations are met.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Group Benefits with focus on employee education and enrollment, marketing, sales or service preferred
Life and Health License or agreement to obtain within first 3 months of employment
Proficient communication and presentation skills - both in person and within virtual environment
Demonstrated ability to self-manage high volume of diverse work activities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Undergraduate degree required
Advanced understanding of product, features and plan designs for all MetLife group products
