AT&T team has an open enterprise business development position for an enterprise business development manager assigned to the new sales & business development team. 
The position is responsible for working with the AT&T Foundry & Innovation team to assess, prototype, and up-scope business opportunities, positioning Nokia in strategic projects and developing long term sales leveraging the AT&T Enterprise Sales Channel.    
This is a direct customer facing role reporting directly to the VP of New Sales & Business Development.   
Candidate must be comfortable with developing senior level management relationships (VP+) at AT&T and with AT&T’s Enterprise Customers.    
Candidate should show evidence of direct sales success and have a strong and proven record in business development (hunting/discovery).   
 
 
 
Qualifications & Experience: 
Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways.
Contributes to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue.
Broad knowledge of telecom industry and competitor trends.  Familiar with new technology trends as they relate to Enterprise Verticals (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial Automation, and Public Safety).   
Typically requires more than at leas 10 years experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.   
Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
Possesses an in-depth understanding of Nokia’s functional area objectives and strategies and proven ability to apply those objectives and strategies to sales opportunities.
Works as team lead setting and driving toward predetermined long-range individual and team targets.  Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes.
Is accountable for developing and implementing business strategies.
Develops team and project objectives and prioritizes own work and team goals based on customer requirements and internal guidelines.
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.  Masters preferred.
