We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Compliance Operations Champion professional to join our team in Flagstaff, Arizona.
As a member of the Enterprise Compliance Team, this position is focused on establishing and maintaining excellence and effectiveness in the core cross-divisional and cross-functional processes that support an effective Enterprise Compliance Program.

In this role, you will work closely with the Enterprise Intake Team to effectively and efficiently manage the intake, review, adjudication, and tracking of internal investigation matters, including sometimes acting as the lead investigator. The Associate will develop a process to manage the bi-annual legal and compliance Enterprise Risk Assessment, to include maintenance and improvement of existing risk assessment tools, gathering and organizing input from numerous stakeholders, analyzing data collected and generating user-friendly output and risk maps in collaboration with the Enterprise Compliance Leader, Divisional Compliance teams, and legal counsel, and tracking risk mitigation plans and activities designed to address the identified risks. The Associate will maintain existing compliance processes for conflicts of interest disclosure and the Divisional pre-defined waterline authorities’ databases. The Associate will develop compliance program analytics and track the Key Performance Indicators for the Compliance function, including the preparation of quarterly reports for Enterprise Leadership and the Board of Directors. At the request of the Enterprise Compliance Leader and Enterprise Finance Leader, the Associate may lead or participate in projects related to the ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise system of internal controls.
The Associate will also lead process improvement initiatives, where appropriate, for key compliance processes. The scope of the role is expected to evolve over time to include management of additional processes as they are developed and integrated into the Enterprise Compliance Program

In partnership with Enterprise Compliance Leader and Enterprise General Counsel, developing and running process for conducting legal and compliance risk assessments for the Enterprise
Managing ASEC Conflicts of Interest database and related compliance processes
Establishing a harmonized process for maintaining divisional pre-defined waterline databases
In partnership with Enterprise Compliance Leader, developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Compliance Program and compliance function and generating data analytics to support a variety of KPI reporting and demonstrate effectiveness of the Compliance Program
Maintaining Enterprise Compliance Team website
Leading or supporting various compliance initiatives as requested by the Enterprise Compliance Leader (e.g., internal controls projects)
Developing and running additional processes that may be identified to support the effective and efficient operation of
