Enterprise Program Management (EPM) Program Planning, Control & Integrated Scheduling, a newly formed group within EPM that consists of staff working directly within AvionX, 2CES, NeXt, Research & Technology, and other programs, is growing and looking for talented, energetic individuals who want:

This position in St. Louis, Missouri will directly support Boeing AvionX and you will support the development of new products that will add new revenue streams to the company's bottom line. This specific job involves supporting this new business venture and effort with not only integrated scheduling support but an expanding set of program management duties. Boeing AvionX product teams are located across multiple regions and requires exemplary customer service, emotional intelligence and working together skills to work across multiple regions and sites, working independently in a new and expanding opportunity supporting and integrating process across the whole Boeing AvionX product line.

A successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Project Professional, but able to learn other integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestones Professional rapidly if not already proficient. A working knowledge of Project Online, Project Server, PWA, TFS, Azure-Dev Ops, Jiraor other agile tools is desirable but not required.

You will bring an understanding of capacity planning and resource loading that will lead the creation of detailed plans, and of summary plans through reading and understanding technical specifications, advising technical staff on constraints and challenges you have discovered yourself after working closely with supply chain, suppliers, vendors and other internal & external stakeholders.

A competitive candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel, including using PowerPivot, Power Query, and an active desire to leverage visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI.

Please note – while the primary work location is St. Louis, Missouri - working in person collaboratively with our AvionX team will sometimes require in-person collaboration in Washington, California, Texas, and other locations.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in Critical Path Methodology, analysis and reporting
- 1+ years of experience in assignments utilizing Integrated Planning & Scheduling elements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other project management tools


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


- Experience with Microsoft Excel Power Query/Pivot/View

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
