What you’ll be doing...
You’ll ensure that all is running smoothly for the executives in your group. You’ll be answering calls, greeting guests, planning travel, scheduling appointments, handling travel expenses, and essentially taking care of the day-to-day operations in the office so that the executives can focus on the business while you take care of the rest.
Supporting several leaders with lots of direct reports.
Screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and other important materials.
Scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments.
Some evenings and weekends may be required in urgent situations.

You’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Supported senior leaders.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Even better if you have:
A degree.
Proven ability to work well independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
Prepared executive presentations, communications, and reports.
Managed multiple projects and priorities for yourself and others.
4+ years administrative experience supporting senior level executives within a comparable corporate environment.
Polished executive assistant with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience.
Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondence.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Google G-Suite programs.
Excellent writing and grammatical skills (i.e. generating and editing memos).
