What you’ll be doing...
You will perform a crucial role ensuring executive needs are met and efficiencies are driven throughout the organization. You will be responsible for assisting executives throughout daily tasks and creating autonomy for their operations. This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast paced collaborative environment. You will provide support to 1 VP and 2 Directors.
Organizing and coordinating provisioning of supplies, equipment, and services.
Processing and completing expense reports.
Managing and maintaining calendar activities, including scheduling and deconflicting meetings.
Scheduling travel, including flights, hotel, and transportation accommodations.
Screening telephone calls and visitors, redirecting to subordinate managers, as necessary.
Redirecting and rescheduling all activities during high or critical level cyber incidents.
Developing presentations as needed.
Coordinating with contractors for onboarding and offboarding activities.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Experience providing senior level/executive support.
Even better if you have:
Five or more years of experience providing senior level/executive support, or similar work.
Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
Strong relationship building skills and collaborative style to enable success.
Ability to collaborate with others and perform tasks both in person and through collaboration tools, such as instant message, video, etc.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well independently.
Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and negotiation to make command decisions.
Demonstrated effective organizational and technical skills.
Ability to provide rapid support to meet senior/executive leadership needs.
Ability to engage appropriate entities inside and outside the organization.
Self-motivation to identify efficiencies in scheduling and task execution.
