Administrative Assistant
New York

As an Executive Assistant you will provide general administrative support to the Director of Cash Management, along with other office support as needed.

What will you be doing?
• You will maintain and update the appointment calendar.
• You will organize travel arrangements and itinerary.
• You will process expense reports.
• You will liaise with areas of the Barclays Group globally.
• You will raise GSPs for requests (IT equipment / software, etc.).
• You will facilitate new employee set-ups – including PC set-ups, software installations, and raising appropriate tickets to acquire access to relevant systems for the new hire.
• You will prepare presentations as directed.

What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
• BA/BS degree

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Excellent computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Solid interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail 
• Ability to maintain confidential information 
• Ability to support a team

Where will you be working?
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building. The building is easily accessible to Restaurants, Shops and Public Transportation.
