OfficeTeam is looking for a detail oriented Executive Assistant for an emerging company in Orange County.The Executive Assistant will be in charge of scheduling appointments, processing transactions, coordinating events, and interacting with customers. Responsibilities:

• Calendar management for C-level executives

• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and scheduling

• Act as a liaison, problem solver and facilitator as the first contact for c-suite executives

• Organize from start to finish staff meeting agendas and team social events.

• Order hardware, office supplies, and all materials for all new hires and coordinate with HR and IT for easy transitions

• Support special projects, as required

Requeriments
Requirements:

• 5-7 years of administrative experience

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to many different events at the office

• Advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint. Willing and able to learn new technologies

• Excellent communication skills and able to work well within a diverse team

• Travel Planning experience

• Event planning experience
