A reputable company in the South West metro is looking for a Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced and established company. This person will be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors as well as notifying company personnel of visitor arrival and maintaining security and telecommunications system.


• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

• Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings

• Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Requirements Include:

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

• Excellent MS Office knowledge

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
