The Executive Assistant is dedicated to providing executive level administrative support to the President Volvo Trucks, NA. The Executive Assistant plans and executes projects, provides ongoing administrative support and reports directly to the President. The job is located in the Greensboro, North Carolina.
Provides comprehensive executive administrative support for the President of Volvo Trucks, NA. This includes the coordination and organization of detailed calendars, events and reports in a confidential, professional manner
Ability to interact with all levels of management practicing excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively on multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
Functions as the main interface for other parties towards the President.
Manages visits for the President both onsite and off-site including travel arrangements (internationally and domestically), agenda planning, presentations, and acting as the liaison for all participants.
Schedules President’s staff meetings and provides agendas and associated materials and compile minutes from meetings.
Manages key projects and initiatives as determined by President.
Acts as the primary point of contact for the President including phone support and visitors in a professional manner.
Tracks expenses and files expense reports in a timely manner in accordance with company policy and verifies incoming invoices and processes for payment.

Education and Experience Required
Associates degree preferred but not required.
10+ years professional administrative experience with ability to work in a high pace environment.
5-8+ years of significant experience supporting senior executives
Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a quality focus and attention to detail and proactivity with ideas and recommendations for productivity and efficiency
Occasional overtime and travel required
Extensive experience managing calendars for multiple individuals (for example: meeting coordination and determining the priority of meeting requests and events)
Experience working in a professional environment where sound business judgment, attention to detail, a fast pace and a flexible and adaptable approach are valued
Proven experience including problem solving, research and analysis and ability to work under pressure.
Effective level of ambition and ability to understand team and corporate objectives
