Job ClassDIRECTORFLSAExemptJob SummaryThe Executive Director, Revenue Cycle is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and operation of the Corporate Revenue Cycle functions. This position will play an integral role in the stategic diretion, goal setting and performance management of the Revenue Cycle ensuring that the revenue cycle functions and clinical processes are effectively and efficiently alligned for optimal communication, collaboration and coordination. The Executive Director will lead all aspects of the Revenue Cycle to ensure the optimal collection and customer service perfomance for the organization. This position will have as direct reports Clinical Services Business Operations, Health Information Management, Managed Care Contracting and Compliance, Patient Access and Standardization, Patient Financial Services, Reimbursement and Central Scheduling.Supervisory/Management ResponsibilitiesJob has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility.
