Position Summary: Person in this position will be responsible for the delivery of treatment groups including Evidence Based Practices, curriculum and client engagement while maintaining fidelity to the model. This position may be in a residential or outpatient setting;

Essential Job Functions:

- Deliver treatment education and services to the participants;
- Conduct group and individual sessions;
- Evaluate the progress of the participants assigned to their groups;
- Work directly with the participants and their primary counselor to develop and implement a treatment plan;
- Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation; and
- Perform all other duties as assigned. Working Conditions:

- Work is primarily performed in an office or in a residential/Outpatient treatment setting;
- Some outdoor activities may be required.
- UA testing of clients is required;
- Must be able to de-escalate situations in the program; Physical Demands:

- The normal work routine involves exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be readily available to every employee engaged in Category II tasks;
- Occasional lifting of more than 10 pounds;
- Transportation of clients in company vehicle;
- Occasional risk of intensive physical activity with clients; and
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching are performed in the normal course of the position.
