Description

OfficeTeam is looking for a fun and hardworking Facilities Coordinator in the Menlo Park Area!



Responsibilities:

-Answer and transfer calls

-Greeting and assisting clients and guests

-Manage email and mail correspondence

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

-Quality checks on the facilities and grounds

-Push work orders through and follow up from start to end

-Assist with ad hoc projects

Requeriments
Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience as an Office or Facilities Coordinator

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

-Highly organized

-Ability to work independently and with a team

-Willingness to assist wherever necessary
