Primary Tasks: Manage a ~5-person team of external-facing employees required to hit weekly goals.
Manage 30 active campus-level field marketing campaigns.
Work with the sales department to create custom marketing proposals that meet client goals and fit within internal capabilities.
Act as a liaison between campus-level contractors and client representatives.
Engage in consistent client communication before, during and after campaigns to ensure goals are defined, met and reported on.
Ensure successful execution and reporting of national brand campaigns at markets across the United States.
Lead weekly team-facing meetings.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Managerial experience.
Client-facing experience.
Knowledge of modern field marketing landscape.
Social media savvy.
Client satisfaction-based mindset.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing,p brand ambassador, shift coordinator, team management or similar field.
Chicago residency is mandatory so as to be able to work in our Chicago offices.
This is not a remote position.
