Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of relevant B2B and/or field marketing experience.
Experience working with cloud IT markets.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with planning and executing multiple complex marketing programs and managing agencies, vendors and large projects.
Experience in enterprise account-based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans for complex accounts.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, marketing automation tools and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
Ability to work towards strategic goals.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities.
Effective communication skills in both business and technical situations.

The Google Cloud Field Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness and interest about Google Cloud among developers, start-ups and enterprises and assisting clients through a seamless customer journey, from interest to discovery, trial, commitment and advocacy.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will drive Google Cloud awareness, new business, customer development and user community programs. As a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in a software or other high-tech cloud B2B organization, you will help develop customer use-case stories and build a large engaged customer base.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing the marketing strategy and programs for the Americas western region, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
Strategize, execute, rollout and optimize new customer programs aligned to solutions (events, outbound campaigns and account-based marketing programs).
Grow awareness, familiarity and perception for Google Cloud.
Work closely with Sales teams to drive business growth opportunities in enterprise accounts.
