- Annual budget, rolling forecast and monthly actual reporting for US region
- Operations Finance experience: Responsible for gross margin, manufacturing financial performance reporting, variance analysis for actual financial results versus operating plan, forecast and prior periods
- Develop financial metrics and analytics for divisional gross margin, cost of goods sold, manufacturing variance, inventory, operations expense, and present results to key leadership team members
- Lead period close process, sub-ledger reporting, general ledger management and flux analysis
- Develop and manage operations metrics and KPI reporting packages
- Manage inventory accounting for perpetual inventory, goods in-transit, open work order inventory, third party inventory, E&O reserve, inventory revaluation, cycle count activities
- Monitor global manufacturing plant budget and cost efficiency to ensure financial performance supports the achievement of plant’s financial and operational goals;
- Manage finance process and procedures for plants, ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness of financial reporting;
- Support site management team to develop and monitor strategic development plan/roadmap of site construction, including cost process and ramp-up/utilization rate for new sites;
- Support evaluation or ROI analysis of new investments/M&A in US;
- Ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by management. Qualifications

- MBA or Master degree above with majoring in Accounting/Finance management or Biologics, CPA, ACCA, CMA is preferred

- 15+ years working experience in a finance role of US based MNC, at least 5+ years' experiencein management (Manager of a team of 5 or more financial professionals)
- CDMO/CMO/CRO experience would be preferable, or Bio-tech / Pharma company experience with solid industry knowledge and proven financial BP skill
- Excellent skills on the cost control / FP&A
- Hands on style and deep-dive
- Excellent communication skill and ability of strategic thinking
- Business acumen
- Fluent in Chinese in writing and speaking
- Required travel
