Job Overview


Fleet Transaction Administrator works in the Department of Order Acquisition and coordinates with Fleet Transaction Specialists, Field Sales, Operational Pricing, Invoicing and Controlling to implement all aspects of transaction pricing related to new truck sales proposals for Daimler Trucks North America's largest fleet customers.


Responsibilities


Load all pertinent pricing details for each transaction based on executive approval into IMS, and ensure an error-free transaction and that all audit requirements are met.
Provide invoicing and controlling support upon request to maintain accuracy and alignment with management approval.
Work with Field Sales team and Fleet Transaction Specialists upon request to develop lower risk, lower volume pricing proposals for key customers.

Ad Hoc reporting and exercises as required
