The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, greeting walk in guests, scanning, filing, data entry into company database and general administrative support to various departments. The successful Front Desk Coordinator will have outstanding customer service and enjoy being the "first face of the company" and will have a positive and cheerful demeanor, solid alpha/numeric data entry and will be eager and willing to take on projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
