Your responsibilities


- Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures


- Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers


- Oversee special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Requeriments
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


- Incoming phone call management skills desired


- Front Desk Duties experience required


- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
