OfficeTeam is looking for a front desk coordinator for a temporary front desk coordinator to assist for a few weeks. This role will include:
- Greeting guests and helping sign visitors in and out
- Helping facilitate interviewee's as they meet internal employees
- Helping with coffee, kitchen cleanliness, water etc
- Working in office calendar and utilizing Slack as primary communication

- MS Outlook experience
- Email experience preferred
- Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
