Your responsibilities


- Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers


- Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants


- Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Requeriments
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills


- Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience


- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele


- Construction experience a huge plus


- Ability to maneuver in Excel seamlessly.
