•Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.
•Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system
•Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
•Comply with attendance rules and be available to train as scheduled.
•Must be fluent in English - required.
•Ability to understand and meet standards of speed and quality - required.
