Job Summary:

An hourly seasonal position with the responsibility of assuring that operational procedures are carried out properly in a specific area of the park. Mainly concerned with the daily operation of the area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving revenue in all Area locations and maximizing potential of each location.
Ensure that all employees are promoting their game with enthusiasm and by upholding the Games Standards and Mantra.
Monitor daily and weekly Cost of Sales, Inventory levels, and Physical Inventory.
Make adjustments to faulty equipment or set-up when adversely affecting profit levels.
Monitor Team Members performance of Standard Operating Procedures.
Monitor staffing on a daily basis and adjust to meet attendance and stand productivity.
Ensure all breaks are run efficiently and in a timely fashion. Must coordinate breaks with Area Leads.
Must utilize, maintain, and complete all area paperwork which includes staffing, break logs, and audit logs daily.
Responsible for the overall till management of the area. This includes checking out Payback funds from Cash Control and managing payback throughout operating day.
Monitor the aesthetics of the entire area including presentation of product and the area employees.
Address and solve all Guest issues pertaining to the area or park.
Direct point of contact for all Area Leads and overall responsibility for Area Leads daily performance.
Enforce all company code of conduct, departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
Address all employee and Guest thefts by contacting the Loss Prevention Department and MOD of the Games Department.
Constant retraining and OJT reinforcement of all seasonal Team Members.
Complete all special assignments given by the full-time staff.
The Ideal Candidate Must Possess:

Superior Communication Skills needed.
Energetic and Outgoing Personality
Leadership and Motivational skills.
Excellent handwriting, organizational, and Math skills
At least one year of retail experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Lift up to at least 20 pounds.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Must have Initiative and a desire to succeed.
Must be a team player and have a desire to win!
High School Degree preferred
