Loving organization, order, and people is a must for this essential role. There is a short-term temporary-to-full-time position open in the Golden, Colorado area. It is a General Office Clerk role, which will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.


Your responsibilities


- Receive and place telephone calls as needed


- Delivering customer service quickly and accurately


- All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying


- Supporting the duties of the front desk and reception


- As required, offer support on diverse employee projects


- Provide a warm environment to customers


- Conform to prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

Requeriments
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position


- Experience handling office equipment


- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills


- Word and Excel experience is desired


- Excellent oral and written communications skills


- 1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended


- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required


- Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical


- Proficiency in customer service


- Data entry experience


- Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
