This company in the Marketing/PR field is seeking a General Office Clerk to perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

How you will make an impact

- All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying

- As required, offer support on diverse employee projects

- Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Receiving and placing telephone calls

- Delivering customer service quickly and accurately

- Greeting customers with a smile

- Supporting the duties of the front desk and reception

- Microsoft Word experience required

- Comprehensive knowledge of call centers

- Competent in handling office equipment

- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

- At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position

- Strong communication and social skills

- Experience with Excel
