Global Client Operations Coordinator

As part of the GMO team, the GCO Coordinator will support a designated project as needed by the department. The coordinator will be asked to do various tasks surrounding the project, supporting the internal team as well as the team requesting the assignment. This project is specific to component location and material id mapping for contextual advertising.
** This role is staff with end date, tied to a project with a projected end date of 6/1/2020. **
Assist in mapping materials to specific components for usage by a product strategy team
Assist in locating component materials which are dictated by air dates
Support turning around needed information as quickly as possible, which may involve searching various systems for information and materials
Be flexible if the scope of the project changes and there is a change in tasks
Work together with other team members to meet goals, especially for content that is priority for the strategy team
Communicate with different levels of leadership on the project, coordinator should be comfortable and professional
Coordinator may be asked to view content in specific instances and report findings back to team
Coordinator must be detail oriented
Minimum 1 year of experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications and effective interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 year in a role requiring effective communication with diverse audiences, ranging from non-technical senior leadership executives to technical professionals and operations staff
Minimum 1 year experience showing excellent application skill with On-Air Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours as needed, including nights, holidays (with notice) and weekends to meet the 24/7 operational needs (example Tues-Saturday, 6am-4pm, 3p-11p, etc)
2 years+ experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills
1 year+ experience working with video distribution in a TV Broadcast environment
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Technologies, Mass Communications or equivalent experience
Detail-oriented, clear thinking and adept at multi-tasking
Passion for broadcast and new media distribution- should enjoy keeping up to date with emerging platforms and the latest technology trends
