The Experienced and Campus
Recruitment organization is responsible for experienced and campus hiring,
internal mobility and onboarding of more than 10,000 hires each year. Given the
complexity of the model and processes, our role as a control function is
critical in ensuring we reduce the banks’ exposure to operational risk.  The Global ECR Operational Risk Lead will
accept responsibility for the development and oversight of the global ECR
operational risk management framework. This role will lead a global team of
subject matter experts to ensure the banks policies, regulatory requirements
and standards are institutionalized in ECR processes and ECR maintains a
healthy level of compliance.  This role
wilreport to the Global Head of ECR and be a member of the ECR Management
Committee.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·Develop standards for risk management in ECR and maintain appropriate
documentation, toolkits, and checklists for the team in line with the banks operational risk policies.

 

·Perform operational risk
identification and assessment in business units.

 

·Implement strategic plan to
prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks, i.e.  manage communications and training to ECR , including
the ops risk training calendar and materials; regular distribution of ECR ops
risk newsletter; and focus on ensuring Conduct and Ethics standards are
embedded in our daily behavior

 

·Design and implement the
Operational Risk training calendar including content and delivery

 

·Lead team of Subject Matter Experts
in development of key risk and control indicators.

 

·Coordinate with senior management
in performing operational risk reviews: track and monitor operating risk issues
for ECR. Report operational risk issues and decisions to management team and as
required to PRC and other internal parties per the existing policy.

 

·Proactively identify and evaluate
risk areas across the operational activities through regular audits and reviews

 

·Analyze operational breaks to
identify root cause, develop solutions and determine lessons learned to be used
in developing recommendations for risk mitigation

 

·Develop strong relationships with
key stakeholders and business partners including PRC, Employment Law,
Background Screening, International Assignment Management, HR Service Center,
RPOs.You Offer Required Experience/Competencies:   · At least 10 years of experience in the financial services sector preferably in HR/Recruitment or Audit/ Operational risk management. · Experience managing teams or functions globally with a focus on recruitment operations or risk management · Highly organized project manager with experience managing multiple projects across locations. · Confident decision-maker who exhibits strong judgement · Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to analyze data and deliver the story · Sense of urgency, attention to detail, and high quality standards · Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizations · Knowledge of regulatory policies, employment law and global standards preferred · Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
