4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology or media company.
Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software and communicating in presentation format to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Experience working with Partner channels.
Experience with SQL.
Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment. Ability to pay attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) Partner Strategy and Operations team serves as a thought partner, advisor, and operator to ensure Google’s partner teams and Google Cloud’s thriving partner ecosystem are positioned to drive growth and customer value. In this role, you will analyze key trends in technology and routes to market; drive insights, manage performance and shape the design of Google’s GTM with partners.
As a Global Partners Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations Lead, your efforts will help to scope strategic initiatives, influence Google’s partner program, and drive cross-functional alignment that will direct future investments, scale current partnerships and set up success for Google’s future partners.

Manage the performance of global alliance and managed service partners against key performance indicators.
Serve as a thought partner to the executive management partner team to influence go-to-market design; drive cross-functional alignment and direct investment across the alliances and managed service provider partner types.
Add structure to ambiguous situations and embrace change.
Identify areas for improvement in internal and external processes, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of initiatives (regional and global).
Support project management of activities that drive partner strategy and operations by actively managing deadlines, communications, and identifying risks and roadblocks.
