About the job
As a Global Product Lead, you will be focused on working closely with a cross-functional stakeholder group across Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Ads Finance to capture and drive the necessary systems requirements to support our evolving media incentive programs. In turn, they will also work closely with our Product and Engineering team to design, execute, and optimize the supporting systems to maximize our opportunities, pricing and packaging infrastructure at Google.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. Above all, you are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the ever-changing world of online advertising.
Be responsible for ensuring the necessary business requirements are prioritized and built into our suite of systems (e.g. Pryce, Payments, gContracts, Carrot 2.0) to support DVIP, Google Preferred, ACF, Pricing, etc.
Participate on a cross-functional team across Regional Sales and Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Ads Finance, and Accounting.
Develop a robust process for tracking the effectiveness of our tools during our deal program period and prioritizing new feature requests to reduce systems’ friction during the deal making, activation, and reporting process.
Develop a robust process for gathering the necessary business requirements to support our incentive programs and translate them in a way that enables our Product/Engineering teams to build and optimize our systems infrastructure.
